How can we increase donation and save sight? By helping others understand the need and showing them the benefits.
There are many ways in which you can make a difference. Here are a few:
Learn as much as you can about donation, and talk about it with your friends and family. No one has the power to influence the people you know as much as you do!
Check our calendar for events in your area. Volunteer to help organize or spread the message about donation.
Look for opportunities to spread the message about donation in your area. If there is a health fair, parade, or other large gathering in your neighborhood let us know.
Contact the Quest for the Gift of Life Foundation (801) 562-1575. Through their volunteer programs they have increased awareness about donation throughout Utah and the nation.
Register to be an organ and tissue donor. Record your wishes with the Utah Donor Registry and encourage other to do the same.
